Hi, I’m Shane Sterling Price, the magician, Expert tour guide of Oxford, and all-around one-man band behind Oxford Magic Walking Tours.

I’ve been lucky enough to perform magic for some incredible people — including members of the Royal Family — but my real passion is sharing the magic of Oxford itself. I’ve lived, studied, and worked here for over 20 years, and I know this city inside out. Whether it’s a hidden alleyway with a story to tell or a famous college with a secret past, I love bringing history to life for my guests.

Before I started Oxford Magic Tours, I studied Sports Science, and also MBA from Oxford University, and spent years competing in Judo for Team GB. I’m proud to be an 18-time national champion, a Commonwealth silver medallist, and a recipient of Oxford University’s Full Blue colours.

But more than all that, I’m a husband and a dad. My amazing wife is the glue that holds it all together, and our two beautiful children keep life full of wonder (and a little chaos!).
